The downstairs has been tastefully extended and refurbished. It now has a new kitchen/breakfast room, dining room and a downstairs bathroom. The house enjoys sea views over Nairn's central beach to the Moray Firth and the Black Isle beyond.

Upstairs the main bedroom has a 5ft double bed and boasts stunning views westwards over the links and central beach.
The second bedroom has twin beds and views eastwards over Fishertown and the harbour.
The third bedroom is small with bunk beds and a sea view northwards.
